Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice
DarkGhana.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, DarkGhana.com will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the DarkGhana.com service that are reported to DarkGhana.com’s Designated Copyright Agent.
Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via email to info@darkghana.com, with the subject line: “DMCA Takedown Request”.
Your DMCA notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
- Your contact information including address, telephone number, and email
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate
Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that material you posted on the site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting written notification to our Copyright Agent.
The counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
